Refund policy
＜Returns requested by customers＞
Refunds are available upon request using the cancellation form.
Due to the purchase of materials necessary for the event, refunds can only be issued if requested 24 hours prior to the start of the event (i.e. before 10:00 AM on Friday, 15th March, 2024).
All refunds will be paid in full through Stripe at the face value of the ticket directly to the original payment method used.
Delivery times
All tickets purchased on this site will be delivered digitally to the email provided during checkout once the checkout and payment process has been completed.
